Gril het vlees of de kip in de olie. Breng het op smaak met specerijen (bijvoorbeeld tandoori voor kip, paprika en oregano voor rund). Reinig de sla en de tomaten en snijd het in schijfjes. Schil en doe hetzelfde met de rode ui. Bereid de saus met yoghurt, een klein teentje knoflook of een stukje fijngehakte gember, wat bieslook\/koriander of fijngehakte munt, wat peper, paprikapoeder of kurkuma, \u2026 Laat je fantasie de vrije loop!<\/p>\n<p>Neem de onderkant van het ronde broodje, giet er een beetje bitterzoete saus of een beetje chutney van mango op (als U het in de koelkast hebt staan). Voeg in deze volgorde toe: sla, vlees of kip, yoghurtsaus, de schijfjes groenten (eindig met de rode ui).
