De optimale kijkhoek ligt tussen 20 en 22\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>3. Hoek tussen de arm en onderarm moet 90\u00b0 zijn. Deze positie zou comfortabeler moet zijn aangezien het gewicht van de 2 armen ongeveer 20% van het totale gewicht van onze lichaam is.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>4. Het toetsenbord moet zich op 15 cm van tafelrand bevinden.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>5.\u00a0Om uw rug voldoende comfort te bieden, kan u het beste in een zo recht mogelijke positie gaan zitten op uw stoel.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>6.
